Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Telehealth Central Operations team, delivering remote care to Medicare members. You will ensure Stars measure compliance and ED discharge success while supporting other HEDIS measures with compassionate virtual care.
The role is schedule-driven:
Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM with occasional Saturday coverage. Ideal candidates have a BSN, compact-state license, and 2+ years RN experience in remote care.
