Remote RN: Senior Care & Care Coordination

Sagility is seeking an experienced Senior Care Specialist (Registered Nurse) to work from home in the United States. The role focuses on telephonic health assessments, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating care for Medicare, Medicaid, and group health plan members.

Starting pay is $37.00 per hour with daily pay options. A valid RN license and an active Compact RN license are required for a remote, seasonal opportunity.
