We’re looking for a Supplier Conformity Co‑ordinator to join our Glasgow team. In this key role, you’ll oversee supplier quality and compliance, manage non‑conformities, and drive improvements with the support of the business that reduce manufacturing risk and strengthen our supply chain.
What You’ll Do- Monitor performance indicators
- Review inspection results and validate First Article Acceptances (FAIs)
- Manage non‑conformities: notify, track returns, and oversee corrective actions
- Collaborate across teams and with suppliers to ensure compliance and quality
- Consolidate supplier performance data and support continuous improvement
- Optimise entry/exit controls and supplier quality processes
- Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or production support
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel
- Ability to influence, problem‑solve
- Methodical, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Strong ethical mindset, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
- Travel to suppliers off‑site 25 – 50 %
