Area Coordinator

Location: Northern Ireland

Contract: 12‑month fixed‑term, Full‑time; 37 hours per week, early morning starts and occasional late finishes, flexibility essential.

Package: Salary £24,753.08 per year, plus a van and fuel card.

We’re looking for someone who loves agriculture and can collect information to support dairy farmers in herd management. If you are organized, work independently, have a positive attitude and attention to detail, this could be the role for you.

• Work from home while covering a wide area of farms, which may involve extensive driving.
• Collect and enter data into a custom‑built software package.
• Coordinate the collection of milk samples from individual cows on farms.
• Organise and train self‑employed samplers to take milk samples.
• Transport sample boxes/shuttles.
• Complete NMR robot shuttle recording when required.
• Ensure an excellent standard of data quality.

• Strong time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively within a team.
• Great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy.
• Fully PC‑literate.
• Milk recording and/or practical dairy farming experience is desirable.

• A valid UK driving licence is required.
• Must be able to work early mornings when required.
