Robert Walters is recruiting a Senior Operations Analyst to join an interim or project basis in an insurance operations Performance Improvement team, specifically within the Quality sub‑team. The role focuses on designing, embedding and maturing a quality framework across insurance and reinsurance operations, rather than pure reporting or MI production. The candidate will ensure the front‑end insurance process delivers correct, compliant outputs with minimal rework.
Key Responsibilities- Progress the development and establishment of a comprehensive quality framework within the organisation.
- Review and refine existing Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes, documenting the transition from current (“as‑is”) to future (“to‑be”) states.
- Define clear monitoring and Management Information (MI) requirements to support quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with the reporting team to create and implement a quality monitoring dashboard for ongoing performance tracking.
- Conduct thorough assessments of query management and resolution processes.
- Hands‑on experience in quality and performance improvement within insurance operations.
- Ability to advance ongoing work streams and initiate new projects efficiently with minimal supervision, confident working with IT, data and reporting teams.
- Experience in quality assurance is beneficial.
