Property Manager – Edinburgh – £31k

OPR are seeking an experienced Property Manager in Edinburgh for a highly reputable, independent managing company.

We’re looking for individuals with a strong property management background whose main duties include managing safety certificates, competition and maintenance, and liaising with landlords and tenants. The role involves managing your own portfolio of HMO properties while maintaining healthy relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

• Managing a residential portfolio of properties across Edinburgh
• Managing safety certificates
• Conducting routine property visits
• HMO renewals
• Liaising efficiently with landlords and tenants
• Carrying out annual rent reviews for properties under management

• £30,000 rising to £33,000
• 8-5:30 (Mon‑Thu), 8‑5 (Fri)
• 23 days + bank holidays
• ARLA qualification sponsorship
• Opportunity for company profit shares (after 12 months)
• 1 day working from home after training period

• 2+ years property management experience
• Good knowledge of LACOP and the PRT Agreement
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• ARLA qualifications (preferred)
