Property Administrator – LRG

Company: LRG Leaders (Leaders is part of LRG)

Location: Becket House, Worthing

Role

Summary:

The Property Administrator will support tenants and landlords, respond to inquiries, coordinate maintenance and ensure accurate record‑keeping throughout the tenancy. Full training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Base Pay & Contract

Salary: £28,000 inclusive of commission
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Probation: 6 months; up to 2 days a week can work from home after successful completion
Contract end: March 2027
Potential for permanency: Strong probability as business continues to grow

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
  • Receive, triage, and resolve tenants’ maintenance requirements; communicate unresolved issues to landlords with solutions.
  • Coordinate work with dedicated contractors and ensure completion within a 21‑day invoicing window.
  • Maintain compliance with mandatory legislation and company processes.
  • Collaborate with Property Inventory Clerks to ensure inspections meet policy requirements.
  • Make “well‑being” calls to landlords and send regular updates via phone, email, or text.
  • Contact landlords and tenants 2 weeks prior to vacation to explain check‑out procedure.
  • Handle non‑managed deposits within the No Deposit Scheme.
  • Communicate check‑out procedures through the Depositary site.
  • Assist team leaders, heads of centre, and branch network in investigating lost units.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
