• Overseeing the day-to-day management of properties
• Liaising with tenants and landlords to address and resolve issues
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Coordinating maintenance and repair work
• Managing tenancy agreements and renewals

• A minimum of 2 years+ of experience in property management or lettings progression
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A genuine passion for property and a keen interest in the real estate market
