Role Description

The Assistant Land Manager will support the land acquisition and development process by assisting with research, documentation, and communication tasks. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, liaising with landowners and stakeholders, maintaining records and data, and assisting with planning and development documentation. This is a part‑time hybrid role based in Whyteleafe, with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and market evaluation
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including record maintenance and documentation
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with landowners and stakeholders
• Knowledge of property development, land use planning, and real estate processes
• Proficiency in digital tools and software related to property development and documentation
• Self‑motivation, adaptability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
