- Design and implement training protocols for AI systems based on real‑world chemistry applications.
- Document key findings and processes to inform ongoing AI model development.

Skills and Qualifications
- PhD Degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.

- Proven ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
