We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and curious Research Assistant to support research projects, data collection, and analysis. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals passionate about research, data, and contributing to evidence‑based insights in a collaborative, remote‑first environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and conducting research projects.
- Collect, organize, and maintain research data from various sources.
- Perform data analysis, summarize findings, and prepare reports.
- Conduct literature reviews and support the synthesis of information.
- Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and project teams.
- Document research methodologies, results, and processes.
- Support the preparation of presentations, publications, and reports.
- 0–2 years of experience in research, academic projects, or internships.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
German is a plus. - Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full‑time.
- Fully remote position within Germany.
