The RoleAs a Senior Epidemiologist you will advance your career in pharmacoepidemiology within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will lead studies using real‑world healthcare data and provide scientific expertise to shape impactful research.
Key Responsibilities- Lead study design and delivery: oversee the design, execution and reporting of real‑world database (RWD) studies.
- Develop study documentation: write and review protocols, statistical analysis plans and study reports.
- Provide methodological leadership: advise teams and clients on study design and execution.
- Manage teams and projects: act as line manager and lead project teams to deliver high‑quality outputs.
- Drive scientific communication: prepare abstracts, manuscripts and conference presentations.
- Support business development: contribute to proposals and client engagement.
- Improve operational efficiency: develop internal guidance documents (e.g., SOPs, quality management materials).

Requirements- PhD in epidemiology or another quantitative health‑related discipline, OR MSc with relevant experience.
- Post‑graduate experience in real‑world evidence.
- Ability to design and execute prospective or retrospective epidemiological studies.
- Experience with large‑scale healthcare databases (e.g., CPRD).
- Strong collaboration and consulting skills. >
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English fluency.
Ability to meet deadlines with high‑quality deliverables.
- Experience analysing large real‑world databases.
- Prior experience in consultancy, CRO or healthcare services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects successfully.
- Publications in peer‑reviewed journals and presentations at scientific conferences.
