• Minimum of 6 years of research experience in AI/ML, with a strong publication record in leading AI venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL).
• Expertise in at least one major AI subfield (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning).
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed training environments.
• Strong theoretical understanding of statistical learning, optimization, and neural networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage research projects effectively in a remote setting.
