• Managing and optimizing online product catalog to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' platforms.
• Implementing an effective SEO strategy, including content optimization and mastery of conversion-oriented copywriting.
• Ensuring the optimization of eCommerce visuals produced by clients, ensuring their quality, compliance, and ability to convert.
• Contributing to the development of the global eCommerce strategy, in collaboration with marketing, data, purchasing and supply teams.
• Ensuring regular analytical monitoring of eCommerce performance (KPIs, reporting, recommendations).
• Analyzing performance data, conducting research and audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Supporting Localization of global content.
• Implementation of content at e-retailers via retail management / case management (upload to Vendor Central, corrections and tracking of the implementation process).
• Conducting client status updates and meetings, communicating to local retailers in alignment with e-KAM (retailer-specific adjustments, communication to contacts, or uploads to retail portals).
• Staying up to date with eCommerce trends.

• Proven experience as an eMerchandiser Specialist or similar role.
• Mastery of retail SEO, including optimization, copywriting, metadata management and best practices in product indexing, and knowledge of SEO tools and methodologies.
• Good knowledge of omnichannel and quick commerce.
• Solid skills in eMerchandising, structuring the offer and optimizing product visuals.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Significant work experience in the retail or FMCG sector, with a focus on food products.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Turkish eRetailers, especially FMCG ones (Migros, Trendyol, Amazon, Hepsiburada).
• Analytical and project management skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas.
• Availability 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm.
• Advanced Turkish level - C1+,
• Advanced English level - C1+
