As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services. Your insights will shape the future of luxury experiences. This is a freelance, project-based position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities- Choose your assignments and align missions with your personal preferences and profile.
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online by engaging with sales associates in stores or online from home.
- Observe carefully: assess ambience, showroom environments, and overall customer experience across luxury automotive retailers.
- Provide honest feedback through our platform by completing questionnaires in a timely manner.
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online as described above.
- Interact with staff and observe service quality during the customer journey.

Requirements- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Good understanding of the automobile industry.
- Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
- Enjoy interacting with people and have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of the shopping experience.
- Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
- Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
- This is a freelance, project-based position.
