• At least 3 years in management roles in retail apparel industry with experience of:
  Coaching and developing teams; planning and time management to drive daily operations; sales and customer service; recruitment and selection processes; 1-2 years in Outlet / Full price stores.
• Positive attitude and an ability to enjoy a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle concepts.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English and preferably more languages.
