Senior Online Trading Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Online Trading Manager to support a 12‑month maternity cover.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in driving online performance across our international markets. • Own budget planning across sales, returns, orders, and GSM%, and key performance KPIs.
• Own day‑to‑day trading, optimisation and merchandising of Direct to Customer websites, including promotional planning.
• Set and deliver a global e‑commerce sales growth strategy through optimisation of conversion, product range, merchandising, promotions and onsite platform strategy.
• Lead and motivate the trading and site merchandising team, drive talent and performance, set priorities and foster a positive culture.
• Manage P&L and unlock opportunities to maximise profit.

• International experience in Europe and the US.
• Commercial acumen – competitor analysis and understanding of financial implications.
• Strategic and forward‑thinking mindset.
• Analytical skills – ability to analyse and report information.
• Prioritisation – ability to manage reactive trading changes and prioritise workload.
