OSAA is a fast-growing premium consumer brand with a strong digital presence and three physical retail stores. We are building a brand rooted in quality, authenticity, and thoughtful design — blending strong online performance with an elevated in-store experience.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking to strengthen brand equity while scaling sustainably across digital and retail
channels.

The Role

We are hiring a Brand Manager to own Vaayu’s brand narrative, visual language, and customer perception across all touchpoints — digital,
retail, and campaigns.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands that strong brands are built through consistency, storytelling, and execution excellence, not just marketing activities.

You will work closely with founders, creative partners, and growth teams to ensure Vaayu’s brand continues to feel premium,
differentiated, and aspirational.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Identity
Own and evolve Vaayu’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
Ensure consistency across website, social media, ads, packaging, and retail stores
Translate brand values into clear, compelling messaging

Content & Storytelling
Define and execute brand storytelling across Instagram, website, email, and campaigns
Oversee content direction for shoots, videos, campaigns, and launches
Collaborate with designers, photographers, stylists, and creators

Campaigns & Launches
Lead seasonal campaigns, collection launches, and brand initiatives
Work closely with performance marketing to align brand and growth objectives
Track campaign impact on engagement, conversion, and brand perception

Retail Brand Experience
Maintain a consistent premium brand experience across all stores
Plan in-store launches, visual merchandising inputs, and brand activations
Support store teams with storytelling, training inputs, and brand assets

Customer & Market Insights
Analyze customer feedback, buying behavior, and brand perception
Track competitor brands and evolving market trends
Use insights to refine brand strategy and communication

Who We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in brand management, D2C, or premium consumer brands
Background in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or luxury-adjacent brands preferred
Strong aesthetic sensibility and storytelling ability
Comfortable working with creative teams and founders
Data-aware mindset with a long-term brand perspective

Experience with retail branding or offline activations is a strong plus
