• If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age.

This role is a General Assistant (GA) role. Whilst the work you will be required to complete will vary, the majority of the tasks will be physically demanding, labour intensive lifting (up to 15kg per tote). Before continuing please make sure you are comfortable you can work to these requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Loading our fleet of vans ready for delivery
• Preparing each order as they are picked, ready to load onto our fleet
• Working behind the scenes dealing with customer queries, processing orders and helping to load the vans for our Home Delivery Drivers
• Always ready to serve our customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions, and proactively offering help
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
• Working flexibly across the store as required

In addition to our General Assistant role, we are also looking for back up drivers to join our team of our Online Van Drivers. If this interests you and if you’ve held your full UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months you could be eligible to become an Online Driver.
