To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. Hours:

14.50 hrs per week;
Mon 08:00 – 16:00;
Thu 08:00 – 15:30

• Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management as needed
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
• Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards
• Ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible

• Passionate about customers, people and products; ability to inspire and motivate others to create a great working atmosphere and team spirit
• Team player who thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced environment; adaptable to change and able to bring others on board with new objectives
• Strong communication skills; able to work with people at all levels and stay calm under pressure
• Problem solving and decision making; able to challenge processes and generate innovative ideas
• Confident when dealing with people issues; effective multitasking, planning, organising and prioritising workload
• Experience with productivity-related performance targets is desirable
