RETAIL PROJECT MANAGER TRAVEL RETAIL

At Coty a Retail Project Manager oversees numerous CAPEX projects across iconic prestige brands leading end-to-end retail implementations and ensuring merchandising excellence in every in-store execution.

As our Retail Project Manager you are responsible for project delivery CAPEX compliance.

You coordinate endtoend permanent and temporary retail installations across Travel Retail transforming global guidelines into flawless instore executions. You take over once spaces are secured steering approvals with design agencies shopfitters and retailers until oncounter installation. You control CAPEX timelines and quality ensure POSM / visual compliance and report performance. The scope spans all Prestige brands (makeup skincare fragrance) and major retailers.

• Deliver permanent shop furniture (3 year lifecycle) and entrance activations across markets
• Coordinate approvals with agencies / retailers per global specs: no local creation strict guideline adaptation
• Control CAPEX POs timelines quality H&S compliance and installation reports
• Partner with Sales / Merch / Marketing to secure adjacencies and land brandright executions across all doors.
• Maintain POSM / visuals / planograms; track maintenance to keep fixtures best in class across thousands of doors.

You like to orchestrate complex retail implementations and turn guidelines into impeccable shopper experiences. As an experienced Retail Project Manager you structure prioritize and deliver multiple projects in parallel and you get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you :

• Bring 24 years in retail / merchandising project management (Travel Retail or selective beauty a plus)
• Master Excel & PM tools (dashboards pivot tables timelines budget tracking)
• Can read technical packs / drawings (TDs) and manage shopfitters / installation vendors
• Communicate fluently in English;
  French is a strong plus
• Handle CAPEX control & procurement (POs quotes installation cards vendor coordination)
