Retail​/Online Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: PROCASTANGLING LIMITED The Role includes working alongside experienced staff to learn and assist the running of a busy Retail and Online Shop where you will learn the skills below to help and assist the daily running of both the shop and the online department.

• Layout and pricing order management.
• Interacting with customers.
• Working as part of an experienced team.
• Prioritising jobs for the day.
• Time management.
• Having ideas how to better the shop and support customers.
• Creating and editing products using Adobe.
• Interacting with customers via email and phone.
• Interacting with Team Discussions around monthly promotion ideas.

• Works well as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and build up product knowledge.
• Able to take responsibility for tasks and jobs.
