Next, a leading retailer in the UK, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our store in South Shields. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a high‑performing team, prioritise outstanding customer service and drive sales performance against commercial targets.

19 hrs per week;
Monday 11:00‑17:30, Tuesday 11:00‑17:30, Saturday 10:30‑18:00.

• Support store management across product areas, back‑of‑house operations and store running.
• Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, safe, and efficient environment.
• Create an atmosphere of support, motivation and inspiration to ensure the team performs at their best.
• Take a hands‑on approach to commercial and operational activities, working alongside the team.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date communication to meet business needs.
