** Overview
* * This role supports the Merchandising function in planning and delivering Best of Boden ranges across our Partnerships channels. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time, balancing availability, sales potential and efficiency to maximise performance across the season.
Working closely with the wider Merchandising and cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive smooth execution, strong stock control and well-informed trading decisions.

* Location:
** 3–4 days per week at our North Acton office, 1–2 days working from home.
** What You Will Do
*** Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across merchandising systems
* Support Monday Trade preparation, providing clear and timely data
* Allocate initial stock packages in line with agreed plans and forecasts
* Review and adjust replenishment parameters alongside the Assistant Merchandiser to optimise sales
* Reserve stock ahead of season launches, ensuring readiness and availability
* Switch off lines as they approach the end of life to manage risk and stock exposure
* Chair weekly allocation meetings, ensuring clear actions and outcomes
* Act as an Allocation & Replenishment (A&R) expert, controlling stock levels to meet demand without over-stocking
* Work cross-functionally to ensure merchandising processes are aligned, efficient and consistently followed
** What We Are Looking For
*** A genuine interest in building a career in Merchandising
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Highly analytical, with excellent attention to detail
* Experience working as part of a team, ideally in a fast-paced environment
* Some retail, merchandising, allocation or administrative experience
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and commercial awareness
* Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
