Job Summary
Head of Sales – UK & Benelux at eInfochips, a global technology provider. This individual contributor role focuses on driving revenue from large enterprise accounts in the embedded, software, and digital services space. The position is based in the UK, with remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities- Lead the full sales cycle for all opportunities including client outreach, on‑site presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal signing.
- Prospect and grow large accounts to provide annuity‑based engineering services business.
- Engage customers in embedded, software, digital services, and edge‑to‑cloud capabilities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and pipeline goals.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.
- 5–15 years of experience selling digital and embedded engineering services to large enterprise clients.
- B.E. / B.S. /
B.Tech Engineering; MBA desirable. - Track record of achieving sales quota upwards of $5–10M+ and managing large accounts.
- Strong territory prospecting skills and ability to develop a client base aggressively.
- Experience working in offshore services companies in hi‑tech, medical devices, industrial, and mobility domains.
- Technical skills in digital and embedded engineering and consultative selling essential.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel 30% within the UK and Benelux regions.
