Business Development Manager Yorkshire & North East (Work from home)

Join a fast-growing team at a genuinely exciting time for the company. We’re expanding our footprint across Yorkshire & the North East and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us take things to the next level. You’ll be promoting our full product portfolio with a strong focus on our own-brand HVAC solutions to M&E Contractors, Engineering Services, Building Services firms and OEMs.

You’ll inherit a strong existing database, gain access to a wide range of products, and receive full support to build and execute a winning regional growth plan.

To ensure you’re set up for success, our Expansion Division provides full technical backup, including design services and PI cover. Alongside company own brand, you’ll also work closely with several major manufacturers we proudly represent.

Key Responsibilities

* Convert quality inbound leads supplied by our internal team into sales.

* Build relationships with M&E Contractors, Engineering Services, Building Services firms & OEMs.

* Use the company CRM to manage quotes, leads, projects and client information.

* Deliver confident, engaging CPD presentations on company products.

* Meet agreed sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience selling into M&E, Engineering Services, Building Services or OEM markets.

* Strong CRM and IT skills.

* Self-motivation and confidence working in a home-based role.
