The Opportunity:

We're on the lookout for a Sales Director to lead our sales team and play a crucial role in unlocking Validient’s full potential. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic industry. As a Sales Director, you'll develop new business opportunities and relationships, driving sales in the legal and regulated markets, and achieving sales targets.

Achieving your targets not only fuels our growth but opens doors for you to own a stake in the company, coupled with competitive commission rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and create new business opportunities  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies  
• Meet and exceed sales targets  
• Lead the team in client, partner, and stakeholder interactions  
• Work closely with the CEO and represent the company at industry events  Requirements:  
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales  
• Knowledge of legal and regulated markets  
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
