UK Senior Account Manager - Global Legal Tech SaaS. Remote
Join us at Actionstep, a pioneer in legal practice management SaaS, as a Senior Account Manager on our UK team. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by unlocking cross‑sell opportunities and deepening relationships within our valued client base.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by uncovering cross‑sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Deepen relationships with current clients, identify evolving needs, and position the right add‑ons or upgrades to maximise value, retention, and satisfaction.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to analyse usage patterns, surface insights, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Ensure clients get the most from Actionstep while informing product and marketing with real customer trends.
- Experience in the legal industry, ideally with practice management or accounting software.
- Demonstrated IT/SaaS sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Skilled in assessing customer needs, building trusted multi‑level relationships, and driving/closing opportunities.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation, verbal and written skills; confident engaging customers and internal teams; able to say no when needed.
- Proactive problem solver with strong technical aptitude.
- Strategic thinker who understands business goals, analyzes data, identifies opportunities, and develops growth plans.
- High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic, self‑directed, effective in fast‑paced environments.
- Able to work autonomously and as a strong team contributor; effective time manager.
- Formal sales training/certification (SPIN, Challenger).
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Competitive base salary £65,000 – £75,000 plus OTE £170,000.
