28000 - 33000 Commission (45k-55k OTE)

As an experienced Case Manager youll be the driving force behind seamless client experiences taking full ownership from Pack In to Funded stage. Youll leverage state-of-the-art technology to help you deliver fast efficient and smooth loan processing that exceeds client expectations.

• Full case ownership from application to funding
• Package and process secured loan applications with precision
• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
• Utilise our clients cutting-edge technology for maximum efficiency
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the journey

• 2 years experience in secured loan case management / processing within a brokerage or mortgage company
• Whole of market environment experience - ESSENTIAL
• Deadline-driven with proven ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong presentation abilities -
• CeMAP qualified or part CeMAP (preferred but not essential) – Advantageous not essential
