Role OverviewRole Overview: The Sales Executive will drive new business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role involves active outreach, relationship-building, and supporting revenue growth.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote working, site based visits and 1-2 days in the Swansea office.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients in renewable energy, construction, and related sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Present solutions and provide technical/product information
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project handover
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Experience selling technical or construction-related products
- Understanding of renewable energy, battery storage, or civil engineering sectors
