This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Assistant based in Exmouth, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by interfacing with customers, maintaining good customer relationships, and assisting with inquiries. Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining organized sales records, and coordinating with team members to meet sales targets.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service abilities to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and professional interactions
- Sales experience or aptitude, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency with basic office software and an aptitude for learning new tools
- A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or administrative roles is an advantage
