Moose Toys is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cornwall on a temporary basis for three months.

Workdays:
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 +Hybrid +Flexi
To provide a high level of customer experience by managing sales orders from receipt through to on-time, in-full delivery. You will be required to take charge of your own accounts, handle the order process from entry to invoicing, and offer support throughout. You will identify issues early and resolve them quickly. This includes efficient receipt, processing, management, and despatch of all orders.

- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Effective time management and organisation skills.
- Strong customer service and account management skills.
- Confidence working independently and making decisions.
- A team player who’s organised, responsive and solutions-focused.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be essential.
- European languages – considered an asset.
- Full training and induction – Flying Start to Moose Toys.
- 40 hours per week (1/2 hour paid lunch break).
- Hybrid – work from home 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) depending on business needs.
