The Role of Area Sales Manager- This is a field / home based sales role.
- Promote and sell the company's leading range of bathroom, sanitary ware and plumbing products used in commercial buildings such as schools, universities, offices, stadiums, hospitals etc.
- Route to market includes architects, M&E contractors, local authorities and installers.
- Identify and track projects by working with a variety of decision makers and stakeholders.
- This role is a mixture of account management, account development and new business.
- Provide full ecology solutions – saving energy and minimising water consumption to support customers in achieving net-zero and environmental goals.
- Train customers and specifiers on the company's products.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager- Essentially field sales experience with a stable track record.
- High‑quality training plan available; field sales experience from any sector is considered.
- Customer‑centric, keen learner, with a desire to learn technical products.
- £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
- 25% OTE – bonus guaranteed for the first period
- 25 days holiday plus stats that rises to 30 days with length of service
- 5% company contribution pension
