As a Mini Med™ Adviser Remote Sales professional at Medtronic, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of diabetes care by connecting people with diabetes to innovative technologies that can transform their daily lives. This position offers a flexible hybrid working model, with 2–3 days each week based at our Watford office and the remaining days working from home, giving you the ideal balance of teamwork and independence. You will report directly into our UKI Diabetes commercial team and work closely with field‑based colleagues, product specialists, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for the people we serve.
While predominantly remote and office‑based, the role may involve occasional travel for customer engagements, training, or key business meetings. This structure provides both stability and variety, allowing you to thrive in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.
- Engage with warm and inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and promote Medtronic Mini Med™ products to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with people with diabetes, internal teams, and external stakeholders to support successful therapy decisions.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets by guiding customers through the sales funnel and coordinating high‑quality handovers to the field team.
- Provide exceptional customer service while delivering tailored product information, presentations, and insights to support informed choices and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft 365, ensuring organised and compliant documentation.
- Collaborate closely with field sales, training & education, customer care, marketing, and technical support teams to align strategies and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Demonstrate strong communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in digital sales tools, resilience in a target‑driven environment, and a genuine desire to progress in a sales career.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and influence customer decisions.
- Solid organisational and time‑management abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools, with any knowledge of SAP or Salesforce considered a strong advantage.
