RelationshipManager –
We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join us at , strengthening our partnerships with key, household‑name motor and home insurance providers, such as Aviva, Churchill, Admiral, and Axa.
You’ll be a key commercial contact for our partners, where you’ll actively translate partnership strategy into tangible customer value and commercial results. You won’t just maintain relationships; you’ll be on the front lines, negotiating complex terms to drive down prices for our users, identifying and capitalising on new revenue opportunities, and using data to challenge performance and champion success. Your main goal will be to maintain and build meaningful, productive, and commercially valuable relationships, ensuring our customers benefit from competitive prices and excellent service.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Driving Commercial Success:
Delivering commercial strategy by securing better terms and cheaper prices for customers, including the negotiation of acquisition costs and exclusive arrangements. - Strategic Partnership Development:
Maximise existing revenue streams by building collaborative relationships with external partners. - Performance and Data Review:
Review and analyse partner data, articulating key findings to inform decision‑making, drive performance improvements, and challenge partners effectively. - Contractual Management:
Manage the agreement and maintenance of complex contractual terms with partners, often involving internal and external legal teams.
- Proven Relationship Management Expertise: A strong background in managing complex, high‑value commercial relationships, focusing on driving mutual productivity and achieving business objectives.
- Commercial Acumen:
Highly commercially astute with a demonstrable track record of negotiating favourable terms and identifying opportunities that maximise revenue and profitability. - Data‑Driven Decision Making: A strong understanding of analytics and the ability to effectively interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions, drive partner performance, and confidently challenge assumptions.
- Stakeholder Influence:
Demonstrable experience in working with and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders, confidently presenting data and strategic recommendations to achieve buy‑in. - Insurance Market Knowledge:
Good, working knowledge of the UK insurance market, particularly in the motor, home, or van sectors, to anticipate industry trends and regulatory developments.
