What youâll do at AdthenaWeâre looking for a driven and commercially minded Germanâspeaking Account Executive to accelerate Adthenaâs growth in the German market. In this role, youâll be at the forefront of our expansion, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with senior decisionâmakers across digital agencies and enterprise brands.
Youâll own the full sales cycle â from prospecting and engaging new customers, to running consultative discovery sessions, delivering compelling demos, and closing highâvalue SaaS deals. With a focus on market penetration in Germany, youâll combine your nativeâlevel language skills with deep cultural understanding to create trust, influence stakeholders, and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
This is a highâimpact role where youâll partner closely with Marketing, SDRs, Product and Customer Success to unlock new opportunities, hit ambitious revenue targets, and establish Adthena as the competitive intelligence partner of choice in the region.

Responsibilities:- Drive new business acquisition in Germany, in addition to the UK & US markets, focusing on digital agencies and enterprise brands + connecting with Câlevel to Câ2 business leaders.
- Consistently build external technical and business champions to land new logos to the tune of an >$800,000â1 million ARR annual quota.
- Work with internal champions to build and deliver ROI assessments within your accounts to prove the value of the Adthena solution and close strategic deals.
- Generate 20â30% of your sales pipeline on your own, with the remaining coming from your BDR, Marketing & Partnerships, with the ability to manage numerous transactions simultaneously through the sales funnel in
