Sales Development Executive

Melton Mowbray

Salary: £26,000

Contract:

Full Time/Permanent

Hours:

9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 3 days in the Office, 2 days working from Home.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and results‑driven Sales Development Executive to accelerate business growth and lead the charge. You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy—developing new garage partnerships, driving sales, and unlocking opportunities that fuel our wider business success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute a high‑impact sales strategy alongside our existing team.
  • Develop and deliver network growth plans with clear targets and measurable outcomes.
  • Generate and convert leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business.
  • Promote the AA Prestige brand and VAP proposition to new and existing centres.
  • Build strong relationships and plan daily outreach with precision.
  • Track performance, report results, and continuously improve sales processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong background in growth strategy and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market and commercial awareness of the AA brand.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident using data to report progress and influence decisions.
  • Full UK driving licence and solid IT literacy.
