The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland
. This role is focused on developing new business while managing and nurturing an established customer base. The successful candidate will promote a comprehensive portfolio of HVAC equipment to M&E consultants, contractors, and end users.

This is a home-based role with occasional travel to UK offices as required. You must be based in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a full range of HVAC solutions to consultants, contractors and end users
  • Manage existing accounts while driving new business opportunities
  • Deliver technical presentations and product guidance
  • Develop strong relationships to secure specifications and orders
  • Work to agreed KPIs and sales targets
  • Provide accurate reporting and maintain CRM updates
  • Arrange client meetings, assess requirements and propose solutions
  • Offer high-quality communication and technical support throughout the sales process
Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years B2B field sales
  • Proven track record of success within a technical sales environment
  • Working with M&E consultants and contractors
  • Minimum 2 years HVAC sales experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities
  • Capable of managing the full sales cycle and building long-term relationships
  • Product training or experience in HVAC or associated equipment
