Are you an experienced sales professional with natural determination and a strong motivation for some serious earning potential?

R13 is thrilled to be partnering with a leading business-to-business marketing agency in the search for a dynamic and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their well-established team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling innovative products and solutions to both new and existing B2B clients, leads are provided, it's all about the close.

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, genuine OTE £80,-£, + comprehensive benefits package including city centre parking and early finish on a Friday so you can start your weekend sooner.

The Day to Day
  • Outbound contact via email and telephone to warm leads to transform into confirmed sales of media and advertising.
  • Cross selling additional solutions to optimise value to client and revenue to the business.
  • Proactive approach to communicating the proposition to clients, and winning business.
  • Accurate records and data management, assuring call backs at designated times.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals and campaigns.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
You Will Have / Be :
  • Must have a minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Continuity in experience is important, along with proven sales success in revenue generation and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to understand layered product offerings and strong knowledge acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic, relationship-driven sales approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
