Remote Telesales Representative – Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent | Mon-Fri - £24.5k Base + OTE £32.5k+

• Are you willing to work 10.30am to 7pm Mon-Thu and 9am to 5.30pm Fri?
• Are you happy to work from home 100% of the time and earn good commission?

• Engage Customers:

• Drive Sales:
  Make 150-200 outbound sales calls daily
• Hit Your Targets:
  Secure 7 - 10 sales a day - 90% of the team are currently achieving their goals and earning over the bonus potential
• Stay Compliant:
  Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top‑note service.

• Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years

• Step 1:
  Initial Telescreen/Video Call - This will involve some screening questions, a discussion regarding your work history and a full run through of the role.
• Step 2:
  Online Assessment – Max 30 minutes to evaluate key skills.
• Step 3:
  Interview & Assessment – 1‑hour session – virtual - to dive deeper into your potential.
