- Salary: £33,000 (OTE £55,800)
- Location: Bristol Harbour side
- Hours: Full-time – 40 hours (Monday to Thursday 9.45am‑7pm and Friday 9.45am‑6pm)
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least two days (40%) in Bristol office, agreed by Line Manager
- End Date: Friday 30 January 2026

Supporting our Cavendish Online business, we’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Protection Consultant.
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, adaptable, and driven to succeed. You’ll demonstrate your strong sales background and have a drive to achieve and exceed your KPIs. You’ll provide clear guidance to our customers on the various protection insurance options available to them. You'll need experience speaking to customers and a desire to do the right thing for them.
We will provide you with great training which will be full time for 3 weeks in our Bristol office, leading to a hybrid role when fully competent.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications & Experience)- 12 months business to consumer sales experience with a track record of achieving your targets.
- Proven experience in working in a highly driven sales environment with consistently achieving sales targets / KPI’s.
- Identify customer needs.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring calls and information is accurately processed and that work follows relevant internal and external rules, procedures, scripts and regulatory requirements.
- Proactive and organised, with an ability to manage your workload.
- Positively influence others by demonstrating core values and behaviours.
- Be open and receptive to feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Empower others by sharing your skills and knowledge.
