Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Leeds, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. As a Sales Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, guide clients through the car selection and purchase process, and provide finance options tailored to their needs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealer partners, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Your role will also involve staying informed about current market trends to secure the best deals for clients.

Qualifications- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and partners
- Knowledge of the automotive market, finance solutions, and dealership operations
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools
- Ability to work independently within a hybrid work environment
- A valid driver's license is preferred
- Prior experience in automotive sales or finance is a plus
