Business Development Manager

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a successful electrical contractor which operates in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Operating over 25 years, they have a team of over 50 staff members within the business. They provide the full service including design, installation, maintenance and commissioning services. They work across the food & drink sector, pharmaceutical sector and cement & quarrying sector.

• Sell the company’s services to customers (not products).
• Work from home with reporting to the sales office in Nottingham; utilise warm leads provided by a Manager.
• Engage with customers on electrical installation projects, electrical inspection & testing, planned maintenance and data network installation.

• Electrical or HVAC background is ideal for this role.

• Permanent position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Salary £50k - £60k per annum depending on experience, with earning potential up to £80k - £100k with bonuses.
• Company car, training & development, pension, life insurance, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and room for progression.
• Potential progression to Sales Director within 3-4 years.
