Your RoleWe are excited to introduce a brand new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in driving new business within the brand experience space. Your primary focus will be on identifying and targeting potential clients, initiating engaging conversations, and harnessing your extensive network to unlock opportunities and spark interest.
You will be responsible for :- Identify and Target:
Pinpoint potential clients in the brand experience sector and initiate engaging conversations to generate promising leads. - Sales Strategy:
Devise and execute a sales strategy that leverages your network to deliver a consistent influx of fresh business prospects. - Efficient Tools:
Utilize Salesforce and other tools to meticulously manage, track, and comprehensively report on outreach activities, including monitoring interactions, gauging pipeline progression, and skillfully forecasting future opportunities. - Client Rapport:
Build initial rapport with clients to understand their needs and kick-start meaningful conversations. - Industry Insight:
Stay updated on evolving industry trends, competition, and emerging prospects to position our agency effectively. - Networking:
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our presence within the brand experience sector.
- Proven Track Record: A demonstrated track record in business development within a similar creative environment; 3 years plus would be ideal.
- Proactivity:
Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously. - Communication
Skills:
Strong people, communication, and presentation skills. - Initiative:
Demonstrable ability to initiate conversations, stoke interest, and identify opportunities. - Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Salesforce Knowledge: A solid understanding of Salesforce.
- Flexible working hours, with the option for remote work.
- 25 days of holiday allowance, with the opportunity to buy additional holiday days.
- Christmas and New Year off, totaling 28 days of holiday excluding bank holidays.
- A generous annual bonus based on both company and individual performance (discussed at the interview stage).
