Location: Stowmarket (Must live in or around the specific Geographic location)

Accountable to: Area Partner

• £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings.
• £25,000 to £30,000 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

In this fully employed position, our partners enjoy the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.

This is not a self-employed position, which means we can provide our partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This includes learning and development, support from a local property centre, industry-leading technology and marketing to raise brand awareness locally.

The best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and offering customers an experience they can rave about.

This is a home-based role with the security and benefits of an employed status, allowing partners to manage their own diary and offer customers support at the time that suits them. Competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, profit share, company car/allowance, pension and some of the best training and coaching in the industry.

We are currently conducting all interviews using video software. To be eligible, you will need:

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
• Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
  • Passport/Birth Certificate
• Proof of address
• National Insurance number
