AV Sales Account Manager - Residential Audio Visual Systems

Hybrid | £50,000 basic + commission (Realistic OTE: £80k)

Are you an experienced AV or Fire & Security sales professional who enjoys managing high value client relationships rather than chasing cold leads?

Our client are hiring an AV Sales Account Manager for a well established residential technology integrator working with ultra high net worth clients. This role focuses on account management, guiding clients through premium residential solutions including home cinemas, integrated AV, and lighting control systems.

You'll work with an existing client base, supported by strong technical teams, selling quality, trust, and long term relationships rather than price.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and developing an existing portfolio of residential clients.
Acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales and delivery process.
Consulting with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable residential AV solutions.
Selling residential AV systems, home cinemas, and lighting control solutions.
Working closely with internal technical and design teams to ensure accurate system proposals.
Attending client meetings as required.
Maintaining strong long term relationships with high net worth individuals and key stakeholders.

What they're looking for:

Proven experience in sales or account management.

Experience with in Residential AV, Smart Home, or Fire & Security sales.
Comfortable dealing with high value clients and complex projects.
A consultative, relationship led sales approach.
Full UK driving licence and ability to attend client meetings.
Able to work from the office 3 days per week, with 2 days home based.

Why this role?

Hybrid working: 3 days office based, 2 days home based.
£45,000 to £50,000 basic salary depending on experience.
Commission of approximately £30,000 per year.
