Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations. - Data Entry:
Accurately record customer details and interaction outcomes in our CRM system. - Follow‑up:
Proactively follow up with leads who require additional information or time to make a decision. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and achieve common goals. - Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversion rates to the management team.
- Experience:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is highly preferred. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and persuasive manner. - Sales‑Oriented:
Proven ability to convert leads into sales through effective negotiation and relationship‑building. - Tech‑Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for tracking and managing leads. - Self‑Motivated:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Cultural Fit:
Native Britisher preferred due to the need for cultural alignment and strong understanding of the target audience.
