About the RoleThey are recruiting several mortgage advisers on a self‑employed basis to work on their existing client banks and help generate new enquiries. The role is suitable for anyone in the South West region, including Bristol, Taunton, Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. Whether you are an experienced adviser or new to the industry, they are looking for you.

- Leads provided to assist your journey with a commission split of 50/50
- Commission splits for self‑generated clients ranging from 60/40 to 70/30 depending on your level of experience
- Fully approved marketing literature and support to self‑generate new opportunities
- In‑house training, support and guidance to succeed
- Maintaining high quality standards when providing mortgage & protection advice to clients
- Upholding the reputation of the business
- Creating and maintaining business relationships with lenders and providers
- Willingness to create and build your own network of clients in your area
- Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and CPD requirements
- Full CeMap qualification or equivalent to provide mortgage and protection advice is a must
- Mortgage adviser industry experience is ideal but not essential
- The understanding and desire to work on a self‑employed basis
- Passionate about customer service and producing the right outcome
- Professional attitude with professional rapport building skills
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- Organisational skills
