The Real Real, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to qualify leads and hand them to the proper sales channel to close consignors. This fully remote role operates in EST with a base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and a target-based monthly commission.
You will nurture leads via phone, text and email, using CRM tools to educate clients on the consigning process and pricing expectations. Weekend shifts are required, with Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu options.
