* ** Growth engine** - You identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to sustainably expand our market position.
* ** Director in G2M** – You are responsible for customer communication in Go2

Market and represent the company at events and conferences.
* ** Relationship architect** - You establish new customer relationships and build a resilient network of the relevant decision-makers.
* ** Interface facilitator** - You mediate between Product Management, the Bid Team and Marketing to translate customer strategies directly into tangible results.
* ** Deal-maker** – You are responsible for the entire deal cycle – from the first opportunity to signing – with a focus on excellence and results.## What do you bring?
* ** Outsourcing expertise** – Deep experience in selling IT outsourcing with a proven track record in banks or insurance companies
* ** Network** – Existing network with solid relationships at C-level and experience in managing complex decision-making processes
* ** Interaction** – Customer-centric attitude, confident presence and persuasive communication and presentation skills
* ** Education** – Completed higher education (HF level, University of Applied Sciences, university) combined with a strong affinity for IT and modern technologies
